There are no shortcuts to any place worth going

Since 2019, it is the PathSeeker mission to help clients getting the best out of themselves. We do not seek for quick fixes to trigger first-glance success or tick a few boxes, we are seeking for a sustainable approach to continuously develop our clients’ personal skills. This can be supported with specific questions, while typically we are working with our clients long-term and holistically.
PathSeeker was founded to reach your overarching goals through a clear journey. Focus here always is the sustainable development, following the so true statement of Beverly Sills, a famous opera singer back in the 1970s, who recognized that “There are no shortcuts to any place worth going”.
No coaching journey is even similar to another, this is why we are here to identify your needs and goals together with you in a personal exchange. We are looking forward to working with you.
Behind the idea of PathSeeker stands Dr. Matthias Koch. He is an internationally experienced manager in the corporate and private equity environment, while he has been a passionate coach and sparing partner for many years. He supports the full range from Corporate to Start-Up.
Matthias began studying orchestral music in Frankfurt in 1996, only to notice after a few semesters that corporate management and the professional development of people and teams were more important to him than an artistic career. After an MBA and his PhD, he started his career at Procter & Gamble. Since 2012, Matthias Koch has been Managing Director and CFO in various companies, including Abbott Medical and the MEDIAN/Priory Clinics Group.
Since 2019, Matthias Koch is a certified Executive Coach (ICC) and helps other executives to get the best out of themselves. It helps him that as a manager and coach he knows the special challenges of the C-Suite himself and can use his coaching in a targeted and effective manner.
