There are no shortcuts to any place worth going
Beverly Sills
Since 2019, it is our mission to help clients getting the best out of themselves. We do not seek for quick fixes or gimmicks to trigger first-glance success or tick a few boxes, we are seeking for a sustainable approach to continuously develop our clients’ personal skills. This can be supported with specific questions, while typically we are working with our clients long-term and holistically.
Only very few executives who we broadly consider as role models today have gathered their leadership skills on their current role. Instead, most of them received their current role because they demonstrated a certain leadership behaviour ahead of their current position. PathSeeker was therefore founded to reach your overarching goals through a clear journey. For this, we have set up a network of executive coaches in the last years, who are sharing a joint purpose. Focus here always is the sustainable development, follwing the so true statement of Beverly Sills, a remarkable opera singer of the 70s, who recognized early that “There are no shortcuts to any place worth going”.
Particularly in the Corporate environment, this insight is more true than ever. In times of international reporting lines and the overly common matrix organization, you will always find leaders who have a true talent to position themselves well – certainly an important skill in this environment. At the same time though, leadership is not a sprint, it is a marathone, and in the mid- and long-term, the most talented employees will stay close to those leaders who are predictable and trusted. These leaders are the ones that in the end make the real difference.
No coaching journey is even similar to another, this is why we are here to identify your needs and goals together with you. We are looking forward to working with you.
